- Prepare of Tony Chachere's Creole Seasoning.
- It's of Liquid Smoke (hickory).
- You need of garlic powder.
- You need of Red bell pepper (chopped).

- It's of Ranch Style Beans with Jalapeno.
- You need of Rotel Diced Tomatoes with Green Chilies.
- Prepare of Campbell's Minestrone (10 oz cans).
- Prepare of water.
Minestrone Stew instructions
- Crumble ground beef in skillet.
- Add Liquid Smoke to beef. I eyeball it. About 20 shakes.
- Add Creole Seasoning. I give it a good coat. Good and covered but not drowned..
